Even as a child, Sandhya is fearless and intelligent, and aspires for a career in the civil services. Flash forward ten years to a grown up and studious Sandhya, seen preparing for her IPS exam. But her brother Ankur wants to marry her off! Will she knuckle under or stand up for herself?

S1 E2 • Sandhya’s name replaces the bride's name

Sooraj explains his concept of perfect wife to Chotu. Sandhya tries to fix her brother’s mood by making tea for him. Bhabhoe blames everyone for being lazy and scolds Meenakshi for not giving the invitation cards for printing. Meenakshi dictates the content of the card while working in the store and by mistake gives Sandhya’s name instead of the bride’s name.

S1 E3 • Cards with Sandhya’s name presented in temple

Sandhya makes an officer realize his mistake as he was throwing waste in public place. Bhabhoe throws waste on her husband and blames him for being lazy. Sandhya struggles to wear saree. Meenakshi gives Bhabhoe the printed cards. Bhabhoe presents the cards in front of God for blessings. Sooraj gets a very big order for a marriage. Sooraj talks about his dream with Chotu.

S1 E4 • Bhabo gets red seeing Sandhya's name on the card

Sooraj completes the order of 80 kilograms of sweets. Mohit shows the card to Bhabho and asks about the changed name. Meenakshi gets shocked reading Sandhya’s name and says sorry. Sooraj replaces Kavita’s name on the card.

S1 E5 • Sooraj buys jewellery for his fiance

Suraj is praised for taking the responsibility of the house. Ankur gives the good news of leaving to US for his new job, but also tells that he will not be able to take Ankita along as he is not getting enough conveyance from the company. Bhabo finds out that Suraj has purchased jewellery worth 5,000 for his would be wife Kavita.

S1 E6 • Sooraj in search of Bhaboe

The entire family condemns Sooraj’s deed of getting a gift for Kavita. Bhabhoe calls Sooraj names whilst his siblings criticize him. Meanwhile Sandhya and family question Ankur’s decision of leaving Ankita. Sandhya is shocked listening to Arvind about mortgaging the house for funds. Sooraj searches for Bhabhoe failing to find her in the room.

S1 E7 • Rumors of terrorist attack alerts everyone

Sooraj tries to convince Bhabhoe to have food but Bhabhoe behaves very rudely to him. Bhabhoe tells Sooraj to throw away the jewelry he has bought for his fiancé. Chauhan tells Arvind about the rumors of terrorist attack. Arvind tells Kanchan to call Ankur and Ankita and instruct them to be careful. Bhabhoe grinds turmeric for Sooraj’s marriage rituals.

S1 E8 • Kanchan dies in a bomb blast

Bhabo gets scared as she hears about the bomb blast. Bhabo tells everyone that Sooraj has gone where the bomb blast took place. The cops put wounded Arvind and Kanchan in Sooraj’s truck to send them to hospital. Doctor informs Sooraj that Kanchan is already dead. Sooraj receives Sandhya’s call and tells her to come to the hospital. Sister informs Sandhya and her brother about Kanchan’s death.

S1 E9 • Doctors fails to save Arvind

Babho tells Sooraj to get ready for his marriage rituals. Doctor informs Ankur, Ankita and Sandhya that they couldn’t save Arvind. Sandhya and Ankur cremate their parent’s bodies. Ankita tries to console Sandhya while she denies believing in God’s existence. Sooraj’s family gets ready to leave for the marriage ceremony.

S1 E10 • Sooraj's bride runs away on the wedding day

The Family is engulfed in the preparation of Sooraj’s marriage. Bhabo and Sooraj share an emotional moment and promises to stand by her throughout his life. Sandhya recollects memories of her father. Sooraj and family leave to Ajmer for the marriage but finds out that the bride has ran away from her own wedding.

S1 E11 • Ladies tease Santosh as the bride ran away

Santosh gets emotional and curses the bride’s family for spoiling her family’s pride. Sandhya tells Ankur that they have to be strong and fight the situation with courage. The ladies tease Santosh as the bride ran away. Meenakshi asks Santosh to have some food but she refuses. Sooraj becomes sad as he sees the jewelry he has bought for his fiancé.

S1 E12 • Ankur takes over Arvind’s responsibilities

Sooraj tells Meenakshi to prepare food for everyone. Sooraj consoles Santosh that it’s good that the marriage broke as the bride loved some other guy. Ankur takes an oath in front of everyone that he will take over his father’s responsibilities from now on. Santosh allows Sooraj to open his shop. Ankur tells Sandhya that he cannot take Arvind’s place but will take her responsibility.

S1 E13 • Santosh's challenge of getting Sooraj married in 15 days

Santosh tells everyone that no one understands or cares for Sooraj. Sandhya speaks to her parent’s photograph that she is not scared anymore as Ankur is there for her support. Ladies tease Sooraj and Santosh for Sooraj’s broken marriage. Santosh gets furious and promises everyone that she will get Sooraj married in next fifteen days. Ankur’s boss tells him that the company is sending his junior Akash to U.S as he cannot go in next fifteen days.

S1 E14 • Ankur decides to get Sandhya married

Santosh calls Kisna a marriage broker to find an alliance for Sooraj in fifteen days. Meenakshi and Vikram plans to take back the jewelery they had bought for the bride in exchange of Sooraj’s engagement ring. Ankur is tensed as the company is sending Aakash to U.S instead of him. Ankur tells Ankita that he has to get Sandhya married in next fifteen days as he wants to get rid of his responsibilities.

Sandhya shouts at Ankur as she overhears his conversation with Ankita about Sandhya’s marriage. Santosh tells Kisna that if she finds an alliance for Sooraj in thirteen days Santosh will gift her gold chain. Ankita and Ankur fights over Sandhya’s marriage.

S1 E16 • Sandhya releases Ankur from her burden

Santosh barreds Meenakshi from taking part in Sooraj’s marriage rituals. Kisna tells Ankur that Sandhya’s alliance with Sooraj is not possible as his family is not looking for an educated girl. Sandhya tells Ankur that he doesn’t consider Sandhya as his sister but a burden. Meenakshi tells Sooraj that she is going to her mother’s house as Santosh scolded her. Ankur tells Sandhya about Ankita not going to U.S with him.

S1 E17 • Kisna brain washes Ankur for Sandhya’s alliance with Sooraj

Sooraj tells Meenakshi to pack her bags as Santosh is not ready to forgive her. Santosh falls into Sooraj’s trap and forgives Meenakshi. Kisna lies to Santosh about Sandhya’s studies. Ankur shows his disagreement for the alliance but Kisna makes him understand that she can’t find a better alliance for him in such a short time. Kisna tells Ankur to hide Sandhya’s medals. Santosh questions Sandhya about house hold work.

S1 E20 • Sandhya and Sooraj’s marriage being fixed

Sandhya agrees to marry Sooraj. Santosh tells Ankur that she has fixed the marriage date. Meenakshi gets apprehensive about the arrival of a new daughter-in-law in the house. Santosh informs everyone that she has fixed Sooraj’s marriage. Santosh gifts Kisna her gold chain for bringing such good alliance.

Santosh gets impressed on Sandhya as she saves Santosh’s pride in front of the guests. Vikram pretends to send Meenakshi to her parent’s house as Santosh scolds her for being irresponsible. Chhavi misleads Sandhya, and decides to retrieve her lehenga. Sandhya finds Chhavi in Dilip's room. Chhavi becomes shocked on seeing her. Sandhya finds the label of Chhavi's stolen lehenga, and enquires her. Meenakshi's mother learns that Chhavi had instructed Dilip, to hide the lehenga. She informs Dilip's mother about the same. Chhavi confesses to her misdeed. Sandhya becomes furious at Chhavi. Dilip's mother becomes upset about Chhavi's deed.

S1 E685 • Chhavi and Dilip get married

On Sandhya's insistence, Chhavi wears the lehenga, given by Dilip's mother. Sandhya forgives Chhavi for her misdeed, and advises her to accept Dilip's mother. Dilip's mother overhears Sandhya and Chhavi's conversation. She decides not to cancel the wedding. Sandhya saves Chhavi by hiding the truth from the Rathi family. Chhavi marries Dilip. Sooraj enquires Sandhya about Chhavi's lehenga, but she hides the truth. The Rathi family blesses Chhavi.

S1 E686 • Sooraj finds a solution for Sandhya's aiming problem

Sandhya helps Sooraj in preparing jalebis for the groom's family. The groom's family becomes surprised on seeing Sooraj preparing the jalebis and praise him for his cooking skills. Sooraj recalls about Sandhya's aiming. He finds a solution and informs Sandhya about the same. On listening to Sooraj's advice, Sandhya improves her aiming skills. Dilip's mother informs Sandhya that she is aware of Chhavi's misdeed. Santosh overhears their converstion.

The Rathi family bids farewell to Chhavi. Dilip's mother informs Sandhya that she is aware of Chhavi's misdeed. Santosh overhears their conversation. Sandhya leaves for Hyderabad to resume her training. Kavita arrives at the Rathi house and apologises to Santosh for not attending Chhavi's wedding. Santosh reminds her about Sandhya's transfer. Sandhya arrives late at the training. Agrima Singh suggests a new task for the cadets. Zakir, Rahul and Sandhya come forward for the task.

Santosh becomes worried about Chhavi's misdeeds, and decides to speak to her. Chhavi informs the Rathi family that Dilip is taking her to Singapore. On learning the same, Santosh decides to speak to Chhavi after she returns. Agrima Singh informs the officers about the outdoor training. Sandhya tells Sooraj that she will not be able to talk to him due to her final training. Sooraj motivates Sandhya to perform well. Zakir decides to defeat Sandhya, and win the best candidate trophy.

Agrima Singh becomes furious at the officers for not bringing the necessary items for the camp. Zakir humiliates Sandhya, and demotivates her. Sandhya becomes furious at Zakir, and retaliates. Zakir vows to win the best candidate trophy. Dilip cancels the honeymoon due to a death in the family. Chhavi becomes upset about the same. Agrima Singh leads the officers into the jungle for the training camp.

S1 E692 • Santosh learns about the death of Dilip's grandmother

On Agrima Singh's insistence, the officers handle the snake as a task. She asks the officers to be alert in the jungle, and warns them about the militants. Santosh becomes shocked on learning about the death of Dilip's grandmother. She informs Sooraj that she and Bhabasa are going to meet Chhavi. Santosh asks Sooraj to inform Sandhya about the mishap. Sooraj informs Santosh that he will not be able to inform Sandhya as mobile phones are not allowed during the training.

Agrima Singh praises Sandhya for being alert. Emily asks Mohit to bring few cosmetics for the parlour, but he refuses. Agrima Singh asks the officers to find the flags, and bring them to the base camp. She informs that the officer who reaches the base camp first, will be getting the highest marks. Kavita apologises to Sooraj on behalf of her driver. Zakir conspires against Sandhya by tampering with her compass. Agrima Singh punishes Rahul for being late.

Agrima Singh asks the officers to find the flags, and bring them to the base camp. The officers begin their quest. Sandhya becomes confused as her compass points to a different direction as compared to the map. However, she follows the compass. Chhavi becomes upset with Dilip for cancelling their honeymoon trip. Zakir returns to the base camp, and finds that Sandhya has reached the camp before him. He finds that Roma has taken the tampered compass. Meanwhile, Roma is captured by a group.

S1 E695 • Agrima Singh rescues Roma

Sandhya and her team decide to search for Roma. Agrima Singh strives to find Roma. The chief of the rebel group sets a trap for Agrima Singh, using Roma. Agrima Singh finds Roma across the border in an unconscious state. A customer becomes furious at Meenakshi for deceiving her. The chief decides to abort the mission on seeing Sandhya and her team members. Zakir tries to hide Roma's compass, but in vain. Agrima Singh informs Sandhya and Rahul that Roma was misdirected during her task.

Agrima Singh informs Sandhya and Rahul that Roma's compass was tampered, and hence, she was misdirected. Sandhya suspects Zakir behind the same. Agrima Singh decides to find the culprit. Meanwhile, Rahul shoots at Agrima Singh's hand, while hiding behind a tree. Sandhya assumes that Agrima Singh is hurt by the bullet fired by her. Mohit and Chhavi have an argument. Santosh advises Chhavi not to quarrel with her brothers. An officer informs Agrima that they are surrounded by terrorists, who have destroyed their security system.

Sandhya points her gun at a terrorist, and asks the others to drop their weapons. However, Agrima Singh informs Sandhya that it was a mock drill. She confronts Sandhya for risking her life to rescue her. Manorama decides to become a suicide bomber, to kill Agrima Singh. The officers of consumer affairs raid Emily's beauty parlour, and inform Sooraj that she was using expired cosmetics. Meenakshi becomes happy on the success of her plan against Emily. Rahul misleads Sandhya about the chit, and mocks her. Chhavi becomes furious at Emily for using expired products. Sooraj decides to fight for Emily's parlour. A stranger adds a sleeping additive to the officers' food. The officers consume the drugged food.

S1 E703 • Zakir boosts Sandhya's morale

The leader of the rebel group plans to trap Agrima Singh. Agrima Singh informs Sandhya that her performance in shooting will decide whether Zakir will stay in the academy. Zakir becomes worried about Sandhya's performance. Sandhya strives to shoot the target during the task. Sooraj worries about the problems his family is facing. Zakir motivates Sandhya to shoot the target. Sandhya recalls her promise of becoming a police officer.

S1 E704 • Sandhya and Agrima Singh get kidnapped

Sandhya fails to shoot the target. Agrima Singh informs Sandhya that she will not be able to win the best cadet trophy. Zakir learns that he will have to leave the academy. A stranger kidnaps Sandhya, mistaking her to be Agrima Singh, and takes her to the rebel camp. Sandhya learns that the rebel group had planned to kidnap Agrima Singh. The stranger abducts Agrima Singh, and hands her over to the rebel group. Sandhya decides to find out the traitor in her team.

S1 E705 • Sandhya learns that Roma is helping the rebel group

The rebel group decides to kill Sandhya. Sooraj becomes worried about Sandhya. Sandhya manages to escape. Roma and Rahul learn that Sandhya and Agrima Singh are missing. Sandhya learns that Roma is helping the rebel group. Roma accuses Sandhya of lying. Sandhya informs the officers that Roma is one of the members of the rebel group. Roma tries to convince Sandhya that she is innocent. Zakir decides to prove that Agrima Singh has not been kidnapped.
