Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help Chae and Corinna Strathie and their 15-month-old daughter, who are seeking to leave behind the urban environment of Edinburgh and relocate to a fishing village in Fife, where properties rarely come onto the market and even fewer fall within a price bracket of £70,000.

S2 E5 • Garry and Debbie, Bedfordshire

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help a couple and their four children from Wokingham search for a larger home in Bedfordshire, with a maximum budget of £250,000. Gary and Debbie Nicholls settled on moving to this county after deciding Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire were out of their price range.
