S1 E1 • Only the toughest will survive!

Real Men is back and begins its journey with new members. Olympic medalist Victor An and Matthew Douma compete with each other to become the leader. Kang Ji Hwan comes up with an idea to pass the army physical fitness test. The members meet the instructor and learn rank, names, service principles, and so on. They take their first step to become the real soldier.

S1 E2 • Ranger Training

The members take the first steps to become the real soldiers. They start from the basic close-order drill. Matthew gets special training from Victor to master the drill. At lunchtime, they learn how to eat with angles. After the basic military training, they meet other cadets whom they will train together with. S1 E3 • The Trench Combat Training

In this episode, the members struggle with the notorious ranger exercise. The exercise even makes the ace members give up. After the warm up, the real ranger training begins. The members start with the Single-rope Bridge Exercise. After the exercise, they divide into two teams for the trench combat training. Stay tuned to find out the winner of the intense match.

S1 E4 • Overcome Your Fear

Second day of ranger training begins with log exercise. The members find it more of a struggle than the ranger exercise on the first day. To bring up the teamwork, they divide into teams and challenge wall climbing. After the team training, they try the notorious single-rope bridge exercise. They need to overcome their physical limits and fear of heights. Stay tuned to check out the members becoming real soldiers.

S1 E5 • Rappel Training

The members go to a 90m cliff for the rappel training. They have to overcome their fear of heights and jump with a single rope. After the rappel training, they march at night back to the base.
