S1 E6 • The Final Cut

In this episode, the designers present their collections at a star-studded fashion show at the famed Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles. Wintour, Diane von Furstenberg and The Fund’s esteemed selection committee make their final decision and then Tom Ford and Julianne Moore announce this year’s winner at the annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund awards dinner. Anna Wintour, the legendary editor of Vogue magazine, oversees a competition in which 10 designers get a chance to work alongside industry luminaries to prove they have what it takes to be named Fashion Fund Designer of the Year – an award that comes with $300,000 and a one-year mentorship with some of the biggest names in fashion.
