S2 E2 • Biscuits

Week two and our bakers tackle filled biscuits, a a cannoli in the technical and a biscuit-build like you've never seen in the Showstopper. Maggie and Matt will decide who will be crowned Star Baker and who'll be leaving the competition early.

S2 E3 • Choux

Our top 10 bakers are up for the challenge that is choux pastry, making their best eclairs for the Signature challenge, a tough Paris Brest for the technical and a gorgeous Gateau St Honore for their end-of-show Showstopper. BAKE!

S2 E4 • Pies

Our nine bakers turn piemakers this week! They are challenged to reinvent an Aussie icon in the humble Australian Pie. Their technical challenge this week is to make a perfect blood orange and chocolate meringue pie. And let's see how the show is stopped with their take on a deep dish fruit pie.

S2 E5 • Chocolate

Half way through Bake Off and we're baking with the three main food groups this week - milk, dark and white. It's chocolate week! This week, our intrepid bakers tackle brownies in the signature. A Black Forest gateau makes for a tricky test in the technical and a Showstopper chocolate medley proves to be triple trouble.

S2 E6 • Bread

Carb alert, it's bread week in Bake Off! Flat breads are the signature of the day, knotted bread rolls are this week's tricky technical and a showstopping stollen rounds off the weekend. Who will use their loaf and rise to the top? And who will roll over and leave the competition?

S2 E7 • Desserts

It's a sweet treat for our remaining bakers as they dive into dessert week. For their signature bake they must make their most mouthwatering individual pudding. It's Maggie's turn to set the technical challenge and she asks the bakers to dish up a dried apricot Pavlova. And for the Showstopper, our judges will be casting their spoons over the terrific tiered treats that our bakers construct.

S2 E8 • Pastry

This week the final five roll out their pastry skills, facing a Signature challenge of miniature savoury pastries, Maggie's Technical mushroom, thyme and leek pithivier recipe, and a Showstopping strudel.

The remaining four bakers take on the classics; doughnuts for the Signature challenge, a passion-filled Technical challenge of Passionfruit Tart, and a High Tea Showstopper that will push the bakers to new heights.

Over nine weeks, twelve of Australia's finest home bakers undertook a series of baking challenges and now just three remain. This epic conclusion will test the finalists to new limits. Who will be crowned Bake Off champion?
