Double compilation avec une très belle pochette, qui contient des morceaux de "Rocka Rolla" et "Sad Wings". La compilation "The Best of Judas Priest" sortie en 1988, avec un artwork du même style contient presque les mêmes morceaux.
La version de "Diamonds and Rust" date de 1975 et est différente de celle sortie sur "Sins after Sin", plus lourde et plus rapide. Elle est disponible sur l'édition remastérisé du premier album de 1987.

Double compil' parue quelques temps après le départ d'Halford et le début de la période Ripper Owen. Comme son nom l'indique, elle contient des morceaux de toute la première vie du groupe, (sauf "Rocka Rolla" et "Sad Wings", si on excepte une version live de "Victim of Changes").
