Synopsis : Yi Je performs the surgery on Jae Hwan. Min Sik tries to stop him, but Jae Jun appears and tells him that he approved the surgery. Yi Je asks Jae Jun to let him be the successor of Min Sik. Two weeks later, Yi Je gets appointed as the next medical director of the penitentiary.
