Synopsis : Nomaru, the secretary general of the Liberal Justice Party, reveals the real purpose of the Shiniki initiative. Seizaki is shocked to learn that Nomaru has connections with the public prosecutor’s office, but continues investigating the deaths of Inaba and his friend anyway. Seizaki decides to focus his investigation on the women who were providing escort services.
