It was released by Nihon Herald Eiga in Japan on December 17, 1983. Yasuko Tomita stars as Aiko Mita, a 16-year-old high school girl who goes by the nickname “Rabu-tan” and joins her school’s archery club. In her second term, an experienced archery champion named Aiko Shimazaki (Misako Konno) joins the team. While everyone, including Rabu-tan, aspires to be more like Shimazaki, it’s soon discovered that she had once been pregnant and was suicidal.
