Les 50's connaissent la naissance du Rock'n'Roll. A cette époque, tous les regards sont tournés vers les Etats-Unis où le trône de King est occupé par Elvis. Les prétendants sont légions: Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly pour les plus importants. Parallèlement, d'autres artistes font leur trou comme Johnny Cash ou Ray Charles...
