Résumé : 300 years ago, Silence befell All Magic. Neither yaos nor exorcists were able to cultivate or call upon the qi of Heaven and Earth anymore, and the Chang'an Exorcist Department fell into ruins. Chen Xing, the last of the Divine Land's Great Exorcist, went into the world with the task of finding out where all of this qi had gone, and to restore it to the world before he dies at age 20. However, in his quest to do so, he is also finding out that an ancient evil is reawakening.
