Phase 2 of Mahindra Lifespace Developers' project, Mahindra IvyLush (formerly known as Mahindra Codename Crown), has begun construction at Kharadi Annex. Two new towers are added in this phase, bringing the total number of residential units to about 500. Premium 2 and 3 BHK residences by Mahindra IvyLush provide a higher standard of living.
