A commercial flight procedural (and catastrophe?) movie played for laugh and a bit of drama. One gets to see many different professions at various levels even though the film uses two relative newcomers (a captain in the making and a 1st day stewardess) as main points of view.

It's quite interesting (the time flew by for me) without ever being captivating. And everything is so tame and "kind" or cheerful in a japanese TV way (with a TV drama style acting) that it is easy to get annoyed.
