A nice starting idea spoiled by what ends up being the biggest part of the concept: being cheap to the point you fail to make cinema (this shouldn't be a problem, given other examples like The Blair Witch Project).
The 60minutes runtime and two chapters form prevent the film to feel too repetitive and heavy-handed about its theme, but I can see a slightly better medium-length film. Especially given how much the second "hidden camera" style segment* is badly "played" (or rather awkwardly improvised and responded to) and elongated.
(The blue colour chosen for this video is rather pretty.)

Enjoyment: 3/5
Too much of a YouTube sketches compilation video to reach film territory.
*by the way, why not use a hidden microphone too?
