VOSTI vue en Fuori Orario, "Seconde génération ou l'amour migrant".
A typical Kaurismäki (the visuals, the acting, the humour...), nicely coming without any heavy political discourse despite its picking up on immigration and the syrian immigrant "crisis" in particular because it relies more on the characters.
The paralleling fates of the main ones, a syrian immigrant who left his country to save his family and a finnish man who left his life to become a single reconverted restaurateur, might come a bit late together. Meanwhile, many scenes don't really add anything, simply filling up the duration with bits of humour, human decency and its opposite.
