VF vue sur TF1.
+:
- (very) slightly funny at times (included the few seconds seemingly inspired by arcade fighting games),
- Robert Redford hired as a nostalgia touch for the films it tries to evoke,
- a rare effort to conjure a few questions and ideologies in this kind of movies (sad to have to consider this as a positive when it really isn't anything big)...
-:
- ... marred by the Russo bros' "talent"
- and their inapt pretention to hark back to those 60s/70s conspiracy thriller niceties (casting R.Robert as a wink doesn't help to forget about them) when it's nothing more than a pale attempt,
- the return to MARVEL to explain it all is very inelegant,
- despite Evans' bland hero appeal, the Captain has really no interest as a character,
- it's a CGI "action" fest (and as an action film, it's not particularly well made),
- Jenny Agutter, I hope you got good money...
- it's LONG. More than two hours for that?
Score: 4,5/10
Enjoyment: 1~2/5
Redford made me watch this, I confess.
Guess the kid(ult)s have the right to feel their own "political" thrills, right?
Also, is MARVEL a TV show recycling firm? After How I met your mother for Avengers, I've spotted the Everwood girl this time.
